摘 要
本论文介绍了一种小型开式压力机的设计方案及其工作原理。冲压加工是现代机械制造业中先进高效的加工方法之一,它是利用安装在压力机上的模具,在常温(或加热)条件下对板料施加压力使其变形和分离,从而获得一定形状,尺寸零件的加工方法。冲压成形是一种金属塑性加工方法,因冲压件具有重量轻、厚度薄、刚性好和质量稳定的特点,所以冲压设备被广泛使用.其机构上主要是先将电动机的动力经传动系统传递到曲柄滑块机构,由曲柄带动滑块的直线往复运动。将上模板固定在滑块上,下模固定在工作台上,压力机上模随着滑块的上下移动而上下移动,以此对下模进行冲压加工。

Abstract
