摘 要
现在小区停车难尤为突出。本次毕业设计对现有各类立体停车库的优缺点及适用范围进行认真分析,设计出一种新型适合于小区停车的循环式立体停车库。本立体停车库采用输送链拖动悬吊式车位,使车位斜向升降、立体循环、自由存取。其传动系统由电机、减速器和传动链条组成。在传动链条上, 每隔一定距离安装一个存车托架, 当电机启动时, 存车托架随链条一起做循环运动, 达到存取车辆的目的。在存车时, 司机将车开至车库入口位置的托架后按动操作按键使下一空托架移至入口位置。取车时, 按下操作台存车编码按键,将待取车辆按最短路径运至出口。停车不少于10辆,取车时间不超过40秒。本文对传动各部分进行设计、计算和校核,根据机械手册对电动机的选取。本次设计的立体循环式停车库占地少、易施工、制造与使用成本低,可以沿车身方向循环,有较高的停车密度,占地小等优点。可以很好的解决小区的停车问题。
