摘 要
基于材料力学、连续损伤力学、微观断裂力学和宏观断裂力学的共同之处是研究材料强度和寿命两大问题之观点,基于认为裂纹尺寸a如同损伤变量D那样也可以作为损伤变量的观点,借助于简单模型和双向组合坐标系,从研究构件被加载后材料行为演化过程的机理和特点着手,结合材料力学、连续损伤力学、细观断裂力学、宏观断裂力学相关计算的分析,探索、寻求各学科在循环载荷下的材料行为的曲线、变量、方程、材料常数在各个阶段上的相似和相异之处,探索和寻求它们之间的沟通及交叉关系,从各个阶段到整个过程认识它们之间在一定条件下的统一性和特殊性。论文主要是研究压缩机连杆材料的疲劳损伤,分析连杆材料在受力状态下的应力-应变关系,编制拉压、剪切、弯扭静强度和寿命计算程序,完成对构件材料作常规静强度和寿命计算的任务。开发的程序是以C++ Builder 6.0 为平台,采用了面向对象的设计方法,具有计算功能强、计算方法灵活、速度快以及能完成人工无法完成的计算等特点,并有很好的可移植性。

Abstract
Based on the standpoint to be all study strength and life problem of materials on material, continuum-damage, micro-fracture and macro-fracture mechanics, Base on the standpoint to take for the crack size a also to be a damage variable like as the damage variable D, by means of a material damage simple model and the two directions combined coordinate system, studies the mechanisms and features in evolving process of material behaviors under cyclic loading. According to lots of calculation and analysis by material, continuum-damage, micro-fracture, macro-fracture mechanics, finds some alike and different rules on the variables, equations, curves and material constants in varied subjects, thereby quests their correlations each other. This design is mainly research and analysis of materials in the mechanical force under the stress - strain relations,The preparation of tension and compression, shear, bending and torsion static strength program, to complete component materials for conventional static strength calculation of the mandate。The Procedures based on C++ Builder 6.0 was developed, which can be used to analyse the strength and life of these components. This Procedures has some remarkable characters, for example, it is more stronger and faster calculating function, and it permits operator to choose stress calculation or stress intensity factor of life calculation flexibly. Further more, it can complete the work which can’t be done by manual.
