摘 要
国内外的中频弯管机床的动力系统和操纵系统可分为三种类型,一种是机械传动方式,这种方式常见于弯制较小直径钢管的中、小型中频弯管机床中,另一种是机械——液压混合传动方式, 一般是推弯动力采用机械传动方式, 而驱动部件运动的操纵系统采用液压传动方式,还有一种就是推弯动力系统和驱动部件运动的操纵系统全部采用液压传动方式。
中频感应加热弯管是大型弯管的主要方法。采用该法弯制管道时严格执行工艺对保证质量十分重要。以往的中频弯管完全由手工操作实现,80年哇后期国内研制并逐步推广了中频弯管微机监测技术,为保证弯管工艺的正确执行提供了有交的监督手段。但因操作本身仍为手动进行使得工艺一致性差,影响到弯管质量的稳定。因此中频弯管工艺的自动控制是生产现场迫切需要解决的问题。
液压传动是用液体作为工作介质来传递能量和进行控制的传动方式。这种传动方式不仅结构紧凑、重量轻、出力大、经济性好,而且机床的可控制性能好,因而容易实现计算机辅助操作和自动控制。

Abstract
Pipe bender with mid-fraquence electrica heating at home and abroad, the power system and control system can be divided into three types, a mechanical drive, which is commonly found in small diameter steel pipe bending system of small and medium-sized pipe bender with mid-fraquence electrica heating. Another pipe machine mechanical - hydraulic hybrid drive mode is generally bending power transmission by mechanical means, and drive components of the campaign to manipulate the hydraulic drive system, there is a bending power system components and drivers of all movement control system using hydraulic drive.
Medium frequency induction heating pipe is the primary means of large-scale pipe. Bending system using the law enforcing pipeline process is very important to ensure quality. Induction bending the past is entirely hand bend achieved 80 years later and gradually promote the domestic development of the Induction bending computer monitoring technology, in order to ensure the correct implementation of pipe technology provides a means of cross-monitoring. But the operation itself is still manually process consistency makes poor quality affects the stability of pipe. So induction bending process at the scene of the automatic control is an urgent need to be addressed.
Hydraulic transmission is a transmission way which is using liquid as working medium for transferring energy and controlling. This drive not only tight structure, light weight, high power output, high economy, but the machine tool has good controllable capability, and thus to realize the function what is computer aided operation.
