摘    要
 变速器操纵系统主要由换档手柄、套管、防尘罩、操纵器总成、选档软轴、换档软轴、软轴支架、U型夹总成、选档摇臂、换档助力器组成,操纵器总成上的换档杆穿过驾驶室地板上的长方孔,操纵器总成支架固定在地板上;换档手柄、套管、防尘罩均套在操纵器忠诚的换档杆上;防尘罩与驾驶室地板密封连接成一体;选档软轴、换档软轴连接操纵器总成,并通过U型夹总成固定在换档软轴支架和选档软轴支架上,并分别固定在离合器壳和变速器上盖上;选档软轴与选档摇臂连接,选档摇臂连接在变速器选档轴上,换档软轴与变速器换档助力器连接。具有结构合理、操作简单、安装方便、美观大方、性能可靠等优点。现在常用的变速器操纵杆大致可以分两种:直接操纵式和远距离操纵式,前者在变速器布置在驾驶员座位附近,变速杆由驾驶室底板伸出,驾驶员可直接操纵。这种操纵机构一般由变速杆、拨块、拨叉、拨叉轴以及安全装置等组成,多集装于变速器上盖或侧盖内。后者在当驾驶员座位离变速器较远或变速杆布置在转向盘下方(某些轿车)的转向管柱上时,通常在变速杆与换档拨叉之间增加若干个传动件,组成远距离操纵机构。变速器远距离外操纵机构 1-变速杆 2-纵向拉线 3-横向拉线
 本论文结合毕业实习公司项目“吉利FC-1变速器支架设计”,首先分析了国内外当前普遍采用的汽车变速器操纵系统类型、结构和特点;给出本实习期间设计的国内一款手动汽车变速器操纵系统,并给出具体的总成及零部件设计结果。在此基础上对汽车总成公司要求的相关重要零部件进行了结构强度和疲劳强度的校核计算,并在Pro-E三维绘图软件上进行了造型构建。通过毕业实习的锻炼和本论文的撰写,基本掌握了汽车变速器操纵系统的结构设计,具备了一定的设计能力。
