摘 要
本论文提出离合器面片自动磨片机的设计。它是一台专用机床,主要加工的工件为小、中、重型汽车离合器面片的自动磨削加工的设备。机床属于磨床一类。能磨削等厚离合器面片。采用皮带连续进给,磨削效率高、纹理均匀、尺寸稳定。本机床主要由砂带磨头,驱动电机,离合器面片装片箱,离合器面片传送导轨,离合器面片传送链,除尘机构几部分组成,离合器面片是通过传送带输送至机床内部进行加工的,传送带的速度可调。

The Design of Grinding Machine for Clutch Surface
Abstract
The present paper proposes the design of friction plate-automatic grinding machine. It is a special purpose machine, main processing work piece for small,medium, heavy automobile friction plate lining negative camber abrasive machining equipment. The engine bed belongs to grinder one kind. It can grinding the same thickness of the friction plate. It uses the notch wheel continuous feed,that the grinding efficiency to be high, the negative camber grinding equipment diamond special-purpose cutter head, and the texture are even, the size is stable. This engine bed mainly by the friction head belt, the grinding wheel actuates the electrical machinery, the box of friction plate, the guide rail, the clamp spring organization, and the transmission chain,delivers the piece fingernail, dust bodies of several parts, friction plate is delivered to a conveyor belt within the processing machine, an adjustable speed conveyor.
