摘 要
减振器主要是用于减小或消弱振动对设备与人员影响的一个部件。它起到衰减和吸收振动的作用,使得某些设备及人员免受不良振动的影响,起到保护设备正常工作及人员安全的作用,因此它广泛应用于各种机床、汽车、摩托车、火车、轮船、飞机及坦克等装备。
减振器是保障车辆运行安全和提高旅客舒适度的重要部件,尤其对于高速运行的车辆,没有减振器就无法运行。减振器性能的好坏对车辆的舒适性以及车辆及悬架系统的使用寿命等有较大影响。由于双向作用筒式油液减振器质量轻、性能稳定、工作可靠,摩擦也小等优点,目前汽车上广泛采用双向作用筒式油液减振器。本文主要针对双向作用筒式油液减振器进行设计,查找相关资料,确定出减振器的相对阻尼系数,阻尼系数,最大卸荷力,工作缸直径等。在计算过程中对其阻尼力进行分析、验算,并对相关零部件进行校核。最后用AUTOCAD画出减振器各零部件及其装配图。

The Design of Oil Shock Absorber for Vehicle
Abstract
Shock absorber is a component which mainly used to reduce or weaken the impact of vibration on the equipment and personnel. It plays the role of attenuating and absorbing vibration. It can make certain that equipment and personnel are far away from the harmful effects of vibration. Also it can keep the normal work and personnel safe. So it is widely used in various machines, such as automobile, motorcycle, trains, ships, aircraft and other equipment.
Shock absorber is the important part which guarantee to improve operational safety and comfort. Especially for high-speed operation of vehicles, without shock absorber vehicles could not run. The performance of shock absorber has great impact on comfort of vehicles and using life of suspension system. This paper designed double-cylinder hydraulic shock absorber. Because of its advantages, such as light quality, stable performance, reliability. Now, double-cylinder hydraulic shock absorber is widely used in vehicles. I will search relevant material and determine the coefficient, such as relative coefficient, damping coefficient, the maximum force of unloading, working cylinder bore and so on. Process in the calculation of shock absorber, I will check and analyze the dampering force, also I will check the related parts. Finally, I will use AUTOCAD to draw the components and assembly of shock absorber.
