摘 要
制动系统是汽车的重要组成部份,制动性能的好坏直接影响着汽车的安全性,故对汽车制动系的结构分析与设计计算就显得非常重要,改善汽车的制动性,始终是汽车设计重要任务。
本文首先介绍了轿车的制动系统。其次介绍了鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的分类、结构及性能。最终确定本次设计方案采用液压双回路(X型)前盘后鼓式制动器。最后完成轿车制动系统的设计计算过程。
制动器是制动系统中最重要的部件,根据鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的特点和性能完成对制动系的结构类型选择与设计计算,包括鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的各种参数的确定及其选择,另外还进行了液压制动驱动机构的设计计算,包括制动轮缸直径、制动主缸直径、制动踏板力、制动踏板行程的计算。

The Design and Calculation of Braking System for saloon
Abstract
Braking System is an important component of the vehicle,vehicle braking system performance will have a direct impact on traffic safety.so it is necessary for us to structural analysis and design calculation of vehicle braking system. Improve the vehicle braking , that the important mission of vehicle designs all the time.
The paper first provides an overview of vehicle braking systems. secondly introductioned the classification 、structure and function of the drum brake and disk brake. At last, the plan adopting hydroid two-backway brake with front disc and rear drum. finally complete the design and calculation of Braking System.
Brake is the most important component of Braking System. according to the characteristic and function of the drum brake and disk brake to completed the choice of structure type and the design and calculation. including the options of various parameters of drum brake and disk brake. Besides, this paper also introduces the design and calculation of the hydroid driving organization . including the braking wheel cylinder diameter , brake master cylinder diameter , braking pedal force , braking pedal route or distance of travel.
