摘 要
制动性能是车辆最重要的性能之一,车辆制动系统性能的好坏直接影响到车辆行驶的安全性。而制动器是制动系统的重要组成部分,因此,有必要对车辆制动系统进行详细的研究。
本文首先概述了车辆制动系统,其次介绍了盘式制动器的基本组成、分类、工作原理,最后系统地完成了盘式制动器的设计计算过程。
本文主要针对盘式制动器的结构型式与特点分别进行详细分析,进而介绍了盘式制动器各零部件的作用,然后完成了制动系的结构类型的选择及其设计计算,包括制动系的各种参数的确定及其选择,盘式制动器的性能参数的确定及其选择,制动器的结构设计与强度计算,并对制动器的温升和驻车等进行核算。

The Design and Calculation of Disk Brake
Abstract
Braking performance is one of the most important performance of vehicles, the performance of vehicle braking system affects traffic safety directly. Moreover, brake is an important component of the brake system, so it is necessary for us to conduct detailed studies of vehicle braking system.
The paper first provides an overview of vehicle braking systems, followed by the introduction of the basic components, classification, working principles of them, and finally complete the design and calculation of disk brake systematically.
As brake is the essential part of brake system, the article made a detailed analysis on the structure types and characteristics of disk brake, and then introduced the function of components of it, in addition, completed the choice of structure type and the design and calculation, including the options of various parameters of brake system, the options of performance parameters of disk brake, and the structure design of brake, as well as the accounting for temperature increment and halt vehicle of the disk brake.
