摘要
随着科学技术的不断进步,我国汽车工业得到了迅猛的发展。汽车结构不断完善,汽车性能不断提高。人们对汽车性能要求的不断提高,一方面促进了传统的汽车技术与现代电子技术的结合,使汽车的经济技术指标在最近几十年有了大幅度的提高;另一方面,它促进汽车综合性能现代检测技术的发展和广泛应用,大大提高了汽车新产品的开发速度和出厂产品质量的控制能力。
汽车底盘测功机是一项重要的室内台架检测设备,通过底盘测功机不仅可以对汽车进行动力性检测,而且还可以测量多工况排放指标及油耗,同时还能方便地进行汽车加载调试和诊断汽车在负载条件下出现的故障等。所有测试结果的准确性和可靠性都取决于底盘测功机能否对汽车的道路行驶阻力做出真实的模拟。
本文设计了由PC机和I/O板、A/D板组成的汽车底盘测功机测控系统,充分发挥了PC机运算、存储能力强;I/O板和A/D板接口多、传输速度快的特点。在本系统中,所用的数据处理、指令控制及软件运行都由PC机来处理,这样就使得系统的硬件更加简化和高效。硬件系统的主要功能是根据当前检测项目的需要,并通过判断底盘测功机当前状态,发出指令,使底盘测功机按当前要求状态工作;当车到达指定位置后,PC机发出指令,开始检测并采集数据,输入PC机进行计算处理,并将处理结果打印出来。文中阐述了底盘测功机的发展状况,并介绍了汽车动力性评价指标体系以及汽车底盘测功机结构。本系统能够有效地对汽车动力性、燃油经济性进行测试。该系统用户界面好、操作方便。最后还介绍了汽车底盘测功机的相关功能。

Abstract
With the incessant progress of the science and technology, the automobile industry of our country develops rapidly. The structure of automobile becomes perfect and the performance gets enhanced. On the one hand, the higher demand of automobile performance accelerates the coalescent between traditional automobile technique and modern electron technology,and the automobile technical indexes have been enhanced greatly.On the other hand it accelerates the development of integrated automobile detection technique, and speeds up the research and renovation of the automobile testing equipments.
Chassis Dynamometer is an important indoor bench testing equipment, through the chassis dynamometer for vehicle not only for dynamic testing, but also can measure the status of multi-emissions and fuel consumption indicators, while convenient for car set debug and diagnosis of vehicle load conditions, such as breakdown. All test results are determined by the accuracy and reliability of the chassis dynamometer can of road vehicles to make a real simulation of the resistance.
In this paper, designed by the PC and I / O board, A / D board, composed of measurement and control system, give full play to the PC-computing, storage capacity,; I / O board and A / D interface board, and transmission speed characteristics. In this system, used in data processing, control and command software by the PC machine to handle, thus making the system more streamlined and efficient hardware. The primary function of the hardware system is based on the current needs of the test items and, through the chassis dynamometer to determine the current status, to give directions, so that chassis dynamometer in accordance with the current state of work requirements; when the car arrived at the designated location, PC machine issued a directive to begin detect and collect data, enter the PC computing machine, and print out the results. The article elaborated on the chassis dynamometer development, and presented the evaluation of automotive power systems and vehicle structure chassis dynamometer. The system can effectively power the car, fuel economy testing. The system is a good user interface, easy to operate. Finally, introduced the chassis dynamometer of related functions.
