摘 要
汽车底盘测功机是一项重要的室内台架检测设备,通过底盘测功机不仅可以对汽车进行动力性检测,而且还可以测量多工况排放指标及油耗,同时还能方便地进行汽车加载调试和诊断汽车在负载条件下出现的故障等。所有测试结果的准确性和可靠性都取决于底盘测功机能否对汽车的道路行驶阻力做出真实的模拟。
本文从底盘测功机的几个基本装置概述开始,结合其发展现状,对其工作原理、机械结构以及测试过程中的道路行驶阻力进行分析,完成了本次设计。在设计中主要对驱动电机、转鼓、传感器以及风冷装置等进行了型号和尺寸的选定,并确定了安装尺寸,完成了结构设计图。
本文提出了利用交流测功机来取代传统的电涡流测功机和水力测功机,通过先进的变频调速技术来控制交流测功机以再现汽车的道路行驶情况。不仅省去繁琐的惯性飞轮,简化了机械结构,而且可以实现惯量的无级模拟。

The Structural Design Of All-wheel Drive Vehicle Chassis Dynamometer
Abstract
The Chassis Dynamometer is an important indoor bench testing equipment, through the chassis dynamometer,it can not only have a testing for the power of the car, but also can measure the status of multi-emissions and fuel consumption indicators, at the same time it can easily debug and diagnosis of motor vehicles loaded car under load fault conditions, such as. All test results are determined by the accuracy and reliability of the chassis dynamometer can of road vehicles to make a real simulation of the resistance.
This article from the chassis dynamometer to start an overview of several basic devices, combined with its development of its working principle and analysis of mechanical structure, completed the design. Mainly in the design of the drive motor, drum, air-cooled devices, such as sensors, as well as a selection of models and sizes and to determine the size of the installation to complete the structural design.
In this paper, the use of the exchange of dynamometers to replace the traditional eddy current dynamometer and hydraulic dynamometer, through advanced technology for the control of AC dynamometer to reproduce the situation of road vehicles. Not only the inertia of the flywheel eliminate red tape and simplify the mechanica structure, and can be achieved without the level of inertia simulation.
