摘 要
针对目前建筑工地对社会的污染源之一的施工车辆进出工地时车轮上的淤泥通过人工方式不能及时的清理干净,并且消耗大量的水资源。本论文以此为背景,在国内该设备的技术尚不成熟之时,学习并运用了国外的设计理念。并且在经过了社会上的现场调查,获得工地操作人员的宝贵经验之后设计该施工车辆轮胎清洗设备。我在设计中着重于对系统的支撑结构,水槽中的三角铁的分布,喷嘴的流量,喷射系统的分布和泵的选择进行了设计和校核。国内技术的不成熟使得在设计中我们采用了实践、经验与理论相结合的方法。在设计的多处自己进行符合中国车辆的设计、计算和校核。并且最终设计出该设备。

The Design of Washing System for Construction Vehicle Tire-cleaning Equipment
Abstract
The construction vehicles which go and forth between the constructions site and cities have become one of the pollution source to the society. If the mud on the wheels can not be manually cleaned in time, it will also consume a large amount of water. Since the equipment in China is premature, some foreign designs can be learned and applied, which is the background of the article. And the wheel cleaning equipment is designed after we got some valuable experience by the full investigation in the construction site. I concentrate on the supporting structure system in my design. The distributions of triangle iron in the sink, nozzle flow, the distributions of injection system and selection of pump have been designed and proofread. As the premature technology in China, we combine the practice with the experience and theory. And we try our best to make the design fit the vehicles in China by some design, calculation and proofreading. And the equipment is designed eventually.
