摘 要
针对目前建筑工地对社会的污染源之一的施工车辆进出工地时车轮上的淤泥通过人工方式不能及时的清理干净,并且消耗大量的水资源。本论文以此为背景,在国内该设备的技术尚不成熟之时,学习并运用了国外的设计理念。并且在经过了社会上的现场调查,获得工地操作人员的宝贵经验之后设计该施工车辆轮胎清洗设备。为了清洗干净,汽车车轮必须处于转动状态,我们借鉴滚筒式制动检测台的原理,设计转筒来带动轮胎转动,。本论文主要涉及转筒的设计和校核,传动系统和承载平台的设计和布置。

The Design of Washing System for Construction Vehicle Tire-cleaning Equipment
Abstract
The construction vehicles which go and forth between the constructions site and cities have become one of the pollution source to the society. If the mud on the wheels can not be manually cleaned in time, it will also consume a large amount of water. Since the equipment in China is premature, some foreign designs can be learned and applied, which is the background of the article. And the wheel cleaning equipment is designed after we got some valuable experience by the full investigation in the construction site. In order to clean better,the wheel mast keep rotation.We use the principle of brake test line.Design drum set to drive the tire rotation..
