摘 要
汽车综合性能检测线是综合运用现代检测技术、 电子信息技术 、计算机网络技术 ,对汽车实施不解体检测、诊断的检测系统。它具有模拟车辆路面诊断行驶状况,在室内检测诊断出车辆的各种性能参数出可能出现故障的状况,为全面准确评价汽车的使用性能和技术状况供可靠依据 。车辆检测过程中产生大量有用的数据信息。这些数据信息一方面用于汽车综合性能评价。另一方面经过处理的数据信息还可以对汽车零部件的产程能力进行评价和控制也可以返回到生产装配、采购等生产环节用于生产过产品质量的改善和控制。实现信息资源共享。
基于上述需求,本文研究一种能够适应在小型汽车装配厂或者在小型县城进行盈利的小型汽车检测站。在本系统中,设计的小型汽车检测站拥有环保、低成本、低污染的优势以便于适合于生态县城。并对于小型汽车检测线中的反力式滚筒试验台进行分析设计。
