摘 要
随着汽车在我们生活中的饱和量越来越高,关于汽车的其他汽车用品产品也相应的变得越来越多,而且种类也越加的繁多,要求上也相应的提高了,现代汽车发展的方向都朝着更加高档、安全、环保、舒适发展;遮阳设备、各种座椅套、方向盘套、脚垫等汽车用品是众多车主必不可少的标准配置。作为汽车用品的一种,大家考虑到实用性和重要性上遮阳设备由于其自身的优点成为了车主的首选之一,已经在广阔的市场有不错的表现。遮阳设备主要有窗帘和防爆膜两种,但是目前我国在遮阳设备的生产方面起步不久,其质量与一些技术上与国外相比还有较大的差距,需要不断的改进与提高。
随着生活档次的提高我们对其他一些东西的要求也自然的要求会高一些起来,以前的窗帘有手动的拉伸也慢慢在向更加的现代化的方向发展啊,不断将以电动窗帘来代替以前的手动拉伸式的,汽车电动窗帘是一种利用电机驱动窗帘支架结构,从而达到自动控制窗帘升降状态的一种汽车遮阳设备,它是增加行车舒适度及安全性的一个汽车内部附属设备,它除了能保护乘客隐私,实现单向透视以外,它的主要功能还有隔热、阻挡紫外线等功能。
本课题所要设计的摇臂式汽车自动窗帘也是属于电动窗帘的一种。从机构上分为支撑机构,驱动减速机构,滑轮导轨机构等其包括的零件有直流减速电机、中间减速齿轮、齿盘摇杆、滑轮导轨、窗帘卷筒、卷簧卷轴、支撑固定板还有各种销钉等等组成。这个设计是采用用简单的齿轮齿盘和摇臂的转动传动来实现上滑轨梁的上下移动,从而带动窗帘布的上升和下降,这个设计在结构上是比较的简单,零件熟练少,容易布置和生产、安装,相对的成本也比较的低,且能灵活自如地使窗帘布升降。
本设计是通过对国内外市场的分析和比较、相关的专利方案的阅读分析,并且对其电动窗帘的总体设计、驱动装置的结构设计和各零部件的安装布置以及零部件的技术要求的计算等多方面介绍了本次设计的汽车电动窗帘。
