摘     要
 随着国民生产生活水平的日益提高和汽车经融服务的发展,国民汽车占有量也不断提高。即使去年在金融危机的影响下,在宏观经济与产业政策双重因素推动下,中国汽车产业逆境飞扬,实现历史性突破。可想而知,中国汽车市场在今后几年也会不断壮大发展。汽车市场的不断发展必然会推动汽车相关产业的快速发展,如汽车美容、汽车日用品、汽车饰品等等。
    本课题所要设计的转臂式汽车自动窗帘也属于电动窗帘的一种。从机构上分为双转臂机构,驱动机构,滑轮导轨机构等。其包括的零件有直流减速电机、齿轮转臂、滑轮导轨、窗帘卷筒、卷簧卷轴、支撑固定板还有各种销钉等等组成。这个设计是采用简单的齿轮和转臂的转动传动来实现上滑轨梁的上下移动,从而带动窗帘布的上升和下降,这个设计在结构上是比较的简单,零件数量少,容易布置和生产、安装,相对的成本也比较的低,且能灵活自如地使窗帘布升降。
    本论题主要任务是在参阅了众多实例与文献的基础上,结合部分设计技巧设计一种新型的转臂式汽车自动窗帘,在设计的同时兼顾所设计汽车自动窗帘的结构简洁、可靠、易于制造及安装、成本低,能适应多种不同汽车的安装,且能灵活地滑动和便于车主控制。

 A Design of Revolve arm Curtain for Automobile

Abstract

  With the increasing of national production and standard of living, and financial services through the development of automobile, possession of the national car is also rising. Even if the financial crisis last year, under the dual factors of influence of macroeconomic and industrial policies, Chinese auto industry is flying high, to achieve a historic breakthrough.We can imagine that the Chinese auto market in the coming years will continue to grow and develop. The continuous development of the automotive market is bound to promote the rapid development of automobile-related industries such as automotive beauty, car commodities, automotive accessories and so on.
  The topics are designed to switch to Arm Automatic curtains are also a kind of electric curtain. From the body is divided into two-tumbler body, drive mechanism, pulley guide organizations. The included parts are DC gear motor, gear change lever, pulley rail, curtains roll, spring roll paper, supporting the fixed plate are composed of a variety of pin and so on. This design is used with a simple change of gear and drive to achieve the rotation arm on the rail beam moves up and down, thus boosting curtains rise and fall, the design of the structure is relatively simple, less skilled parts, easy layout and production, installation, comparison of the relative low cost, flexible and can freely make curtains down.
   The main task of this thesis is to see many examples on the basis of the literature, combined with some design skills to design a new tumbler car auto curtain, in the design while taking into account the design of the structure of Automatic curtain simple, reliable, easy to manufacture and installation, low cost, can adapt to different vehicles to install, and can flexibly slide and easily control by car owners.
