摘 要
目前在城市建筑工地中,工地运输车辆是城市道路、粉尘固体污染的主要来源之一。当施工车辆进出工地时,由于人员差异而不能达到理想的清洗效果,并且消耗大量的水资源。本论文以此为背景,参考国内外相关设计优缺点,设计了工程车辆轮胎清洗设备。本设备的总体构想利用滚筒旋转使车辆能在固定位置上清洗车辆轮胎,对于车辆非驱动轮由电机提供转动动力,车辆驱动轮则由车辆发动机自身动力提供转动动力。设计中安装有四对对滚轮,一对对滚轮对应一边半轴上的轮胎。安装有四对对滚轮主要是考虑到双后桥的车辆(大多数工程车辆采用的是双后桥驱动的布局)。滚筒制动装置采用的是棘轮锁止机构,因此能耗更加低。链轮的设计保证主动轴与从动轴的同步旋转。本文重点是传动设备滚筒,链轮的设计计算,传动设备零部件的安装与定位。

Abstract
At present, in urban construction sites, the site is urban road transport vehicles, dust solid is one of the major sources of pollution. When the construction vehicles entering and leaving the site, due to differences in personnel and can not achieve the desired cleaning results, and waste a large amount of water. In this paper, as this background, reference to domestic and foreign-related design advantages and disadvantages, design a construction vehicle tire cleaning equipment.The overall concept of the use of this equipment drum rotation so that vehicles can be cleaned in a fixed position on the vehicle tire, for the non-wheel vehicle powered by an electric motor to provide rotation, the vehicle wheel by the vehicle engine to provide its own power to rotation.There are four designs to install right right wheel, the corresponding pairs of rollers on the side of the axle tires.Installation There are four right right wheel is mainly taking into account the dual rear axle of vehicles (most of the engineering vehicles used in a dual rear axle drive layout).Drum brake uses a ratchet lock body, it even lower power consumption.Sprocket design to ensure the driving shaft and driven shaft of the synchronous rotation.This article focuses on transmission equipment, roller, sprocket design calculation, transmission equipment, installation and positioning of parts.
