摘 要
电子商务直接而深刻地改变着世界传统经济形态,冲击着企业的组织形式和经营方式。从我国的电子商务发展的实践来看,电子商务中B2C占据着非常重要的地位。目前B2C电子商务虽然在我国取得了长足的发展,但是与发达国家相比还有很大的差距。普遍认同制约B2C电子商务发展的主要因素之一就是信用问题,因此对B2C信用评价体系的研究具有重要的意义。本文从我国B2C行业发展的现状分析B2C市场信用问题的产生的原因,提出了B2C电子商务的企业信用评价体系。

ABSTRACT
E-commerce directly and profoundly changing the world of traditional economic patterns, the impact of the organizational forms of enterprises and mode of operation. From our perspective the practice of e-commerce development, e-commerce in the B2C occupy a very important position. Although the current B2C e-commerce in China has achieved remarkable development, but compared with developed countries there is a great difference. Generally agree that restricting the development of B2C e-commerce is one of the main factors the credit issue, so the credit evaluation system for B2C research has important significance. In this paper, the status quo of China''''s B2C industry B2C market credit analysis of the causes of the problem proposed B2C e-commerce enterprise credit evaluation system.
