摘 要
在C2C电子商务模式高速发展的同时,隐藏在其中的消费者信任问题也逐渐暴露出来,成为阻碍其发展的主要问题之一。C2C电子商务网站现有提供的信用评价体系,在一定程度上保证了网络交易的安全,促进了人们进行网上购物的意愿。但仍存在不足之处,对此本文对“淘宝“,“eBay易趣“网以及C2C商务模式的信用评价体系进行了详细的分析。例如买卖双方互评,第三方认证,有的网站采用“所有评价一起积分”的制度,有的网站则采用“买卖信用值分离”的制度,但评价均分为“好评”、“中评”、“差评”三档,分别对应+ 1,0,-1 的分值。为建立网上交易平台提供了行之有效的信用体系。但是从电子商务整体上看仍然有很多不能满足现在C2C的发展需要。例如CNNIC互联网分析师孙秀秀表示,C2C市场更多的是一家独大,聚集效应明显,网民不放心网站的信誉,于是只到大的有口碑的网站上与网商交易,所以产生了网购信用这一评级模式。可见目前C2C信用评价体系是其发展的必要手段也成为了制约其发展壮大的瓶颈。急需要建立改进的C2C模式的评价信用体系。以谋求C2C电子商务模式的发展壮大以及更加广阔的前景。

C2C Credit Evaluation System
ABSTRACT
In the C2C e-commerce model of rapid growth, hidden issue of trust in which the consumer is gradually exposed, become an obstacle to their development, one of the main issues. C2C e-commerce sites to provide the existing credit evaluation system, to a certain extent, guarantee the security of online transactions, promoting people''''s willingness to conduct online shopping. But there are shortcomings to this article on the "Taobao", "eBay eBay" network as well as the C2C business model of credit evaluation system to conduct a detailed analysis. For the establishment of online trading platform provides an effective credit system. But there are still a whole lot of e-commerce can not meet the current C2C''''s development needs. C2C is clear that the credit rating system is a necessary means of its development has also become a bottleneck restricting the development and growth. An urgent need to establish an improved credit evaluation system for C2C model. To seek development and expansion of C2C e-business models as well as more broad prospects.
