摘 要
随着电子商务的发展，在线电子交易与支付的普及显得越来越重要。我国的电子支付技术日趋成熟，电子支付工具品种不断丰富，电子支付这一原先横跨在电子商务门前的绊脚石，转眼间成了电子商务发展的推动力量。作为电子商务运作中的重要环节--电子支付，在市场下显示了强大的不可抑制的前进势头。本文着重探讨基于互联网电子支付的支付概念来分析新型支付的特征优势、国内外发展现状、市场的潜在优势，以及面临的主要问题和解决方法等。

E-COMMERCE SECURE PAYMENT STUDY
ABSTRACT
With the development of e-commerce, the popularization of online electonic transactions and payment is becoming more and more important. when our technology of electronic payment is becoming mature and the variety of electronic payment instruments has being continuously enriched, the image of electronic payment has conversed immediately from the stumbling block in front of the gate of E-commerce to the driving force of the development of E-commerce. Electronic payment,as the important chain of the E-commerce operation, has showned its strong overwhelming momentum. This article is based on the discussion of the defination of internet electronic payment to analyse the advantage of the new pattern of payment characteristics, the present status of domestic development, the potential advantage of market,the mainly confronted problems and solutions.
