摘 要
在过去的几年里,电子商务和第三方物流的发展都相当迅速。电子商务的最终实现需要强大的现代物流作为后盾,第三方物流由于具有专业化等多种优点,被认为是最适合电子商务模式的现代物流形式。但是在实践中电子商务企业往往找不到合适的第三方物流企业来承担其物流服务,从而导致电子商务的最终实现遇到很大的困难。另一方面,成千上万的第三方物流企业在这个时期挂牌注册,面向市场提供第三方物流服务,然而他们的业务量都不大,市场占有率及其效益都非常低下。出现这种情况,原因在于当前第三方物流的运作模式很落后,不适应电子商务这种新型的商务模式环境。基于这种现状,本文提出基于电子商务环境的第三方物流运作模式研究,其目的在于使第三方物流的发展能够适应电子商务环境,能够利用电子商务为客户提供更好的物流服务。

Abstract
In the past several years,electronic commerce and the third-party logistics have both developed very rapidly.The thorough realization of electronic commerce needs the support of the powerful modern logistics.The third-party logistics is regarded as the best modern logistics form for electronic commerce because of its advantages such as specialization.However in practice,electronic commerce enterprises find it is very difficult to find appropriate third-party logistics companies,which holdbacks the truly realization of electronic commerce.In the other side,during these five years,thousands of third-party logistics companies are registered and provide logistics service in the market.But they all have little portfolio and low market share,and their efficiencies are rather low.The reason for this situation is that the operational model of the current third-party logistics is quite obsolete and is not fit for the electronic commerce environment.Considering this fact,a research on operational model of the third-party logistics based on electronic commerce environment is proposed,whose aim is to make the development of third-party logistics suit to the electronic conlnlerce environment and provide better logistics service for customers by utilizing electronic commerce.
