摘 要
电子商务本身的运行模式与传统的企业管理模式和人们固有的消费与购物
方式有较大的差异。由于国际互联网本身的开放性和虚拟性,使网上交易面临种种风险。目前,我国仍处在经济转型期,市场还很不成熟,社会信用体系很不健全。市场上假冒伪劣产品屡禁不止,坑蒙拐骗时有发生,互相拖欠相当普遍,交易行为缺少必要的自律和严厉的社会监督。在这种情况下,开展电子商务有相当的风险。“信用贫困”已经成为制约我国电子商务发展,并进而阻碍我国全面融入信息社会的历史进程、影响我国企业国际竞争能力的重大问题。此背景下,如何建立信用评估体系变得重要了起来。本文正是从这一目的出发,希望通过论文的写作,涉入到有实际意义的讨论中去。
首先本文在界定信用评估的内涵以后,对电子商务信用评估的作用和国内外电子商务企业信用评估的现状作了综合的、系统的分析,指出当前我国信用评估存在的问题,提出了当前信用评估中的一些建设性意见。随后本文对企业信用评估的评估指标体系、基本条件、信用模式和评估机制作了系统的综合分析,具体说明电子商务企业信用评估的程序,基本方法。
