摘 要
电子商务活动是通过公共计算机通信网络进行商务活动的现代方式.作为一种新的创业方式，网上创业一方面拥有国家政策支持和巨大市场空间，拥有成本低廉和营销方便的经营优势。另一方面它也面临竞争激烈、物流成本高、法律和信用环境欠佳、网络安全等风险。要想网上创业成功，创业者应有正确的心态和准确的市场定位，还应拥有产品供应能力和营销技巧。

Abstract
E-commerce activities are conducted through a public computer communications network for business activities in a modern way.
As a new business approach, Internet start-ups on the one hand has a national policy to support and huge market space, with low-cost and marketing advantages of convenient operation. On the other hand it also faces intense competition, the logistics costs are high, legal, and poor credit environment, network security risks. To a successful Internet start-ups, the entrepreneur should have the right mentality and accurate market positioning, but also has a product supply capabilities and marketing skills.
