浅议我国电子商务安全实现
[摘 要] 20世纪90年代以来，随着经济全球化、贸易自由化和信息现代化步伐的加快，由信息技术、商务技术和管理技术相结合而产生的现代生产力——电子商务正以其空前的生命力推动着部门经济、区域经济、国民经济和世界经济跃上一个新台阶。电子商务是一种全新的交易模式，所涉及到的法律问题非常之复杂，目前这些法律尚没有涉及到税收、知识产权保护、隐私权、网上支付、跨国交易管辖权等难度比较大的问题。但是随着国内近几年网络技术的发展，立法等的逐渐完善，电子商务这一新兴事物也正一步步走向大众，越来越得到更多人的普遍认可。

But along with the domestic technical development of the last few years network, lawmaking etc. of gradual perfect, electronic commerce this newly arisen thing also heads for the public just and step by step, getting more people more and more of widespread approbation.
