摘 要
随着农业高新技术的飞速发展和人民物质生活水平的迅速提高,人们的消费观念日益更新,特色农产品以其异常艳丽的颜色、奇特怪异的形状等让广大消费者大开了眼界。信息技术的日新月异及广泛应用使得广大农业生产者开始关注网络营销。电子商务的发展不仅改变了人类传递信息的方式,而且改变了实体产品的市场结构与生产者的经营方式,为商业交易开创出崭新的交易方式。本文对我国特色农产品行业发展现状、经济环境、政策环境、细分市场、区域市场、特色农产品进出口贸易与优势企业进行了详细的分析,重点分析了特色农产品电子商务网络营销的战略重要性和应用中出现的不足,就支撑体系、应用体系、保障体系和配置措施四个方面对农产品网络营销的系统框架作初步探讨。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of agricultural high-tech and the people''''s material standard of living rapidly increasing, and increasing people''''s consumption concept updates, special agricultural products with its unusual bright colors, strange weird shape, so that the general opened the eyes of consumers. Rapid changes in information technology and extensive application of making vast numbers of agricultural producers in network marketing began to pay attention. Development of electronic commerce has not only changed the way the human transmission of information, but also changed the physical products in the market structure and producer-oriented approach, for commercial transactions to create a new way. In this paper, characteristics of China''''s agricultural development of the industry status quo, economic environment, policy environment, market segments and regional markets, features and advantages of import and export trade of agricultural products carried out a detailed analysis of companies, focusing on analysis of characteristics of e-commerce network marketing of agricultural products of strategic importance and the deficiencies in the application appears on the support systems, application systems, security systems and measures four aspects of network marketing system for agricultural products the framework of a preliminary study.
