摘 要
由于网络的发展，SNS（Social Network Service，即社交网络服务）网站从2003 年3 月在美国悄然兴起。在国内，联络家、开心网、校内网等提供SNS 服务的网站也如雨后春笋般破土而出。那么，SNS网络能够在短时间内掀起如此强烈的热潮并产生广泛的社会影响，与它本身的结构模式和传播功能是密不可分的。SNS网络与博客时代的传统网络类型相比，它的利与弊怎样不同？作为一种深度社会型的网络，它的发展趋势更需要进行分析与研究。
