摘 要
本课题设计了一种具有多个测点的智能温度测量控制应用系统。该系统运用性能价格比较好的热电阻Pt100作为温度传感器,运用恒流源电路作为信号的获取电路,为提高测量的分辨率,后级的放大电路中采用了可程控偏置电压,信号的转换采用串行接口的12位A/D转换器TLC2543,仪器的CPU采用目前低价位但技术十分成熟的AT89S51,仪器的LED数码管显示/驱动芯片采用接口简单但功能强大的CPLD电路,同时系统还设计了RS-232总线的通信接口电路。Pt100的对外接线采用4线制方式以减少误差,对64路的温度差分信号采用多路模拟开关的切换以节约成本;温度的检测采用了数字滤波算法以提高抗干扰性能。本文中为克服算法适应能力弱的缺点,结合模糊理论研究了一种基于模糊推理的自适应控制算法。在高精度控制领域中时变系统的控制精度要求,模糊控制以其鲁棒性强和对参数变化不敏感等优点已经在多个领域有着广泛的应用。由本课题构成的多路温度系统具有结构简单、价格低廉、测量精度高、量程宽等特点,具有一定的实用性和较高的社会推广价值。

This topic designed one kind to have many measuring point intelligence temperature survey control application systems. This system takes the temperature sensor using performance price quite good thermal resistance Pt100, takes the signal using the constant current electric circuit the gain electric circuit, into the enhancement survey''s resolution, in the latter level''s amplifying circuit used has been possible the program control bias voltage, the signal transformation to use the serial interface 12 A/D switch TLC2543, instrument''s CPU uses present low end but technology mature very AT89S51, instrument''s LED nixietube demonstrated that/the actuation chip used the connection to be simple, but the function formidable CPLD electric circuit, simultaneously the system also has designed the RS-232 main line''s communication interface circuit. The Pt100 foreign wiring selects 4 system methods to reduce the error, uses the multi-channel analog switch''s cut to 64 group temperature difference signal by to save the cost; The temperature examination used the digital filtering algorithm to enhance the resistance to interference. In this article to overcome the algorithm adaptiveness weak shortcoming, the union fuzzy theory has studied one kind based on the fuzzy reasoning adaptive control algorithm. In high accuracy control domain time-dependent system''s control precision request, the fuzzy control by its robustness strong and to the parameter variation insensitive and so on merits already has the widespread application in many domains. Has the structure by this topic constitution''s multi-channel temperature system to be simple, the low in price, the measuring accuracy is high, measuring range wide and so on characteristics, has certain usability and the high society promotes the value.
