摘要
为了配合实验室的建设,能够让更多的学生学习冰箱的原理及构造,并加强学生的动手能力,本次毕业设计,制作一个间冷式电冰箱电气控制的实验模拟台,使其具有间冷式电冰箱电气控制的功能。该模拟实验台用于教学示范,是让电冰箱的电气控制系统平面化,即把布置在冰箱内的电气元件分解出来,平铺在模拟实验板上,组成一个实验台,便于学生识认各元器件及接插元件,更好的掌握间冷式电冰箱的电气控制系统。
在设计时,考虑到模拟台的安全性,风扇、电热丝等有安全隐患存在的器件在外面应该加以保护;因为电冰箱的电气控制是强电,为保证安全,用于制作机箱面板的材料采用PVC树胶板,防止触电,而且在电源处加了电源自动切断保护器,当学生实验漏电时,可以马上切断电源;在模拟台的平面布置方面考虑尽量合理些,一方面利于学生的实验,另一方面也利于老师的检查;模拟台的在设计的时候,考虑到当学生操作时可以清楚看到电路的哪部分器件是否接通,可在部分器件上加入发光二极管;为了增强学生的实际动手检查能力和维修能力方面,考虑是否可以加入一些常见的故障。
