简易数控直流稳压源
摘 要:设计一个简易数控数显直流稳压电源,包括数字控制部分,D/A变换部分和可调稳压部分。数字部分的核心电路采用两片级联的BCD码加/减计数器CD40192;其预置输入端D0~D3与BCD码的拨盘开关相连,构成电压的预置功能;为了完成电压的自动连续扫描,加入了CD4060,产生频率为8HZ的脉冲以及由CD4011和CD4069构成的选通门;D/A变换部分和可调稳压部分分别采用了价格低廉的权电阻电路和三端稳压集成模块CW7805。采用Multisim2001对整个电路进行仿真和测试,可通过按键对输出电压值进行步进控制(±0.1V),并且在按键长时间按下的时候能连续增加或减小或者直接变化到某一设定的电压值,输出电压值采用三位数码管显示。测试结果表明,该设计满足设计要求,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: To design a simple digital display digital DC power supply, including the digital control part, D / A conversion part and an adjustable voltage part. The are circuit of the digital part is amposed of two cascaded BCD code plus / minus counter CD40192; its preset input D0 ~ D3 dial code annects BCD switch to antitude preset voltage function.The CD4060 is joined to complete the continuous scanning of the automatic voltage, then the digital part comes up with 8HZ pulse frequency and the composition of CD4011 and CD4069-gated.D / A conversion part uses the right to resistance that the price is very low.while three-terminal voltage regulator circuit Module CW7805 is adopted by the adjustable regulator. The Multisim2001 is used to simulate and test the entire circuit , the output voltage value which uses three digital tabe display is step controled by pressing button,and the value can be increased or decreased continuously or directly changes to a set voltage value if the time of pressing button is longer. Test results show that the design to meet the design requirements, with a certain degree of practical value.
