摘要
随着变频调速以及微机控制技术的发展,Intel 8XC196MC系列单片机应用越来越广泛。8XC196MC是由美国著名的Intel公司与1992年推出的最新一代单片机,它的主要优点之一就是具有一个三相波形发生器(WFG),可以方便地产生三对对称的SPWM波形,适合于特别适宜于交流电机的控制,同时,它具有性能高,功能全,用户使用方便等特点,尤其是高速的处理能力和对交流电的特殊应用,因此它必将在我国的智能领域控制广泛应用,也将带来可观的经济效益。
本调速系统的控制芯片采用Intel公司专门为电机控制而设计的高性能微处理器中的一种87C196MC,利用该处理器中的片内波形发生器WFG直接用软件产生三相正弦脉宽调制波。
本文主要研究内容包括:详细论述了基于87CI96MC单片机控制的SPWM的算法构成、波形发生器有关参数的计算及相关寄存器、死区时间的设置等。在此基础上,完成波形生成的软件设计,并编写出完整的程序。

Abstruse
Along with the development of frequency converted speed and microcomputer control technology, the Intel 8XC196MC series single chip microcomputer are applied more and more extensive. 8XC196MC is the most newly single chip microcomputer relapsed by the famous Intel company of American in 1992.It,s one main advantages is it has 1 three mutually Wave Form Generator(WFG), which can expediently produce three right nesses of symmetry PWM wave forms, suitable for specially feat in communicate the control of electrical engineering, in the meantime, it has function high, all of function, the customer uses convenience etc. the characteristics be a particularly high-speed processing ability and to the special application of alternate current, so it necessarily will at our country of intelligence realm control extensively applied, will also bring considerable economic performance.
87C196MC is one of the high performance microprocessors designed specially for the electrical engineering control by Intel company which is put to use in this control chip of speed regulating system ,we make use of the WFG in the internal of the microprocessor which directly produces three-phase modulate wave with the software
The main study contents of This text includes: There detailed expounds the SPWM calculate way controlled by single chip microcomputer、The parameter compute of Wave Form Generator、related deposit machine and the establish Of dead time etc. based on 87C196MC. In this foundation top ,finish the software design of the wave generate, and write a integrity procedure.
