摘要：动漫产业，被誉为21世纪最具发展潜力的朝阳产业。在很多发达国家，动漫产业都是支柱产业，日本和韩国的动漫产业值甚至超过汽车业。相比之下，作为亚洲动漫“鼻祖”的中国却一度落后于人。是国产动漫退步没技术了吗？并不是，我们有人才也有能力，动漫产业这条路我们不断在探索。在中国动漫产业的发展过程中，广州动漫一直领跑全国，由最初开始为洋动漫加工到现在的自己独自创新，不论是在质还是在量上都保持着全国领先的优良成绩。当然，我们自身也存在着许多像是受众群范围狭小、动漫产业链的不完整等不足之处。通过对广州动漫产业现阶段的观察，尝试改善产业内部问题，扩大受众范围，改善产业链的完整性来促进我国动漫产业的进一步发展。

Research On The Development Of Guangzhou Animation Based On SWOT Analysis
Abstract：Animation industry in the 21st century， is regarded as the most potential sunrise industry。In many developed countries，cartoon industry are pillar industries， Japan and South Korea''''s animation industry value even more than cars。In contrast， Asian animation as the “originator” of China has once left behind.。Is because the domestic animation backwards without technology? No，we have the talent and ability，the road of Animation industry we have been exploring it。In Chinese cartoon industry development process，Guangzhou cartoon always lead by the first started for the foreign cartoon processing of animation，either alone or in mass innovation in quantity have maintained the good grades lead。Of course，we are a lot like a narrow range of audience，animation industry chain is not complete。Based on the current animation industry in Guangzhou，try to improve internal problems，expand audience industrial chain integrity，improve industry to promote the further development of animation。
