【摘要】
本文基于单片机完成自动化控制,较好的实现了对气体检测的自动化控制。利用高性能低价格的单片机设计氧气浓度检测及氧气浓度控制系统,该系统充分利用所学单片机的各种知识和设计方法,使系统更稳定、更可靠,可以使氧气浓度检测及浓度氧气控制系统更加清楚明了,并且根据实际应用完成自动控制过程使其得到扩展和更广泛应用。
本氧气浓度检测系统由系统控制部分、氧气检测部分、模拟数字量转换部分、报警电路、氧气发生控制装置、有害气体吸收装置、氧气吸收装置、显示部分及指示灯电路组成。全系统以模拟电路为主,配合数字电路控制,全系统通过AT89S51(单片机)进行精密控制,氧气浓度检测通过控制单元及辅助电路进行严密计算输出数字量并显示,浓度达到设定报警限值时,系统通过AT89S51进行控制报警,产生氧气或吸收氧气使氧气浓度正常系统通过控制关闭相应的部分电路,完成自动化控制功能,通过论证该系统能较好的完成氧气检测并能在变化的环境中使用,通过调试与测量完成了题目的要求很好的实现了功能。
