摘 要
在高频电路的频谱线性搬移中最常见的混频器是晶体管混频器,器输入信号为有用信号和本真信号一般来说本真信号较大,有用信号的幅值较小。对有用信号而言,混频器可视为线性时便电路,可以时便参数的小信号模型进行分析。利用模拟乘法器的相乘特性能够方便的实现混频。在混频过程中会产生组合频率干扰、交调干扰、互调干扰等抑制干扰的主要方法是提高前节的选择性,以及调整混频器的工作状态并真确选择偏压、信号电压和本真电压的大小。
