摘要:摘要本文通过采用热敏电阻作为敏感元件的温度报警器的设计与制作,阐明了该装置进行设计与
制作的具体过程及方法。这种温度报警器结构简单,由温度控制开关和报警器两部分组成,可操作性强
,应用广泛。工作时,温度测量范围为0~100ºC。当温度达到预定值时,利用热敏电阻的特性,采集电
压信号,驱动报警装置,立刻发出报警信号,从而防止因温度升高而带来的不必要的损失。

Abstract: This thesis introduces the design and the manufacture of the heat alarm by using
the thermistor as the sensitive unit, has expounded the concrete process and the method
which this equipment carries on the design and the manufacture. This kind of heat alarm the
structure is simplewhich is composed by two parts, the temperature control switch and the
alarm apparatus, it is feasibility and the application is widespread. When it works, the
survey scope of the temperature is 0 ~ 100 ºC. When the temperature achieves the
predetermined value, using the thermistor characteristic to gather the voltage signal,
actuates alarm device and sends out the alarm immediately, thus prevents the nonessential
loss which brings by temperature increment.
