我国电视法制节目对隐私权的侵害及对策研究

 摘要：我国电视法制节目从上个世纪八十年代以来，在法制进程的推动下，获得了迅猛的发展，并且为观众提供各种法律帮助，赢得很高的收视率，成为电视台的品牌节目。同时，我们也看到，在其蓬勃发展，为普法作出巨大贡献的同时，现在的电视法制节目存在了许多的问题和不足。尤其是对公民的隐私权伤害严重，直接导致了电视法制节目权威性、信任度的失效。本人从电视法制节目对隐私权的伤害入手，透视了电视法制节目侵权的严重现象，分析出现这一不良现象的原因及其后果。通过我们我们所掌握的法律知识和法学理论，对电视法制节目中的对隐私权的侵害问题提出较好的建议，使今后的电视法制节目走向合法化、精品化道路。

THE REASEARCH OF LEGAL TV PROGRAMME’S ENCROACH ON PRIVACY RIGHTS AND ITS SOLUTIONS
