我国法制类电视节目的现状与发展研究

摘要：法制节目是法制新闻凭借电视媒体而发展起来的一个电视节目的类型。我国法制类电视节目是上世纪80年代兴起的一种新的电视节目形态，目前是所有电视节目中最为火爆的一种。普法是法制类电视节目的根本目的。这种电视节目从无到有，从不成熟到逐渐成熟，经历了“初创期”、“发展期”、“繁荣期”大致三个阶段，现在仍在继续成长，取得了社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。
 全文共分四章来阐述对法制类电视节目的现状与法制的研究。对于法制类电视节目目前存在的一些问题像法理含量问题，选题问题，雷同化现象、隐私权问题，报道方式问题，等等问题，分析其问题产生的原因以及应对的政策。

THE RESEARCH ON SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL CLASS TELEVISION PROGRAM IN CHINA
 ABSTRACT: The Legal program is a type of TV program which perform the legal news’ development by TV media. As one of hottest TV programs in China, the TV legal program was considered as a new shape of TV program which rose in the 1980s. Legal knowledge popularization is the basic purpose of TV legal program.As it grows out of nothing and gradual maturing, the TV legal program has gone through three stages which refer to “start-up stage”, “development stage” and “Boom stage”. The TV legal program is keep on growing, and achieve a double harvesting of social and economy benefits.
 The following full text is divided into four chapters to elaborate on research of status and development of TV legal program, and it focus on some problems exist in the TV legal program such as problem of program taste, legal knowledge content, topic selecting, program morphology, report mode, qualification requirement, etc. to analyse the causes of above mentioned problems and find out corresponding strategy.
