【摘要】利用真空作为绝缘及灭弧手段的断路器称为真空断路器,根据给定的技术参数,正确合理的选择和设计真空灭弧室结构形式.主回路的设计原则必须保证电器动热稳定性合格,以导电板及导电带的设计为主.绝缘子的设计要具有一定的机械和电气强度,即绝缘子的击穿电压大于闪络电压50%.电动稳定性校验原则为导电板的动稳定电流大于三相短路电流,及其内应力要小于许用应力.热稳定性校验原则为导电板及导电带能承受短路电流的热效应而不致损坏,即短路终止的温升小于最大发热温升.操动机构的设计原则为保证断路器能及时准确的合闸,保持合闸,分闸,自由脱扣,防跳和复位连锁的功能.
