摘要
高层建筑是城市发展的必然产物。高层只有在城市的滋润下才能较快地蓬勃发展,而城市的发展也依赖高层的支持!十八世纪末的产业革命带来了生产力发展与经济的繁荣,大工业兴起使人口集中到城市中来,造成用地紧张,地价上涨,城市范围逐步扩大仍感局促,为了在较小的土地范围内建造更多的建筑面积,建筑物不得不向高层发展——这是高层发展的最根本原因。节能是当今关注的主要课题。所谓建筑节能不仅是建筑本身的节能,且由城市的综合环境、气候条件、总体布局;建筑物的形体变化、朝向;外围护结构保温、隔热的性能;门窗质量等许多综合性因素构成,因此,高层建筑的节能首先应为设计者重视。近几十年来高层建筑在造型形式不断翻新、高度记录一再被打破的同时,其空间构成模式也发生了很大的变化。本文即是从建筑计划学的角度,对近些年来世界高层建筑空间构成模式的演变和发展趋向进行分析和探讨,并指出核的变化和中庭空间的介入,已引发了高层建筑空间构成模式的重大变革。

Abstract
City high-rise building is the inevitable product development. Only the top cities in the rain can be faster to flourish, and urban development have to rely on high-level support. The end of the 18th century industrial revolution brought about the development of productive forces and economic prosperity, Industrial rise of the population concentrated in cities, causing tension land, the land prices will increase, gradually expanding the scope of cities is still cramped. In order to smaller sites within an area of more building area, Buildings had to senior development -- this is the most senior root causes. Energy conservation is a major concern in today''''s issue. The so-called energy-saving building is not only energy-efficient building itself, which was the city''''s comprehensive environmental, climatic conditions, the overall layout; Building the physical changes towards; external structure insulation, and insulation properties; Quality windows and many other factors have been integrated, Thus, the construction of the first energy-saving importance for designers. In recent decades to shape high-rise building in the form of constant renovation, highly record has been repeatedly broken, spatial patterns also pose a great change. This article is from the school construction program perspective, In recent years the world of high-rise building space constitute a pattern of evolution and development trend analysis and exploration, and that the nuclear changes and the atrium space of intervention, has triggered a high-rise building model space constitute a major change.
