摘要：通过对周边现状的调查，对小区周边和内部现状的分析，从功能、交通、绿化、建筑等方面着手，本着“以人为本”的理念，对整个小区实施整治、拆迁和改建的规划设计。使整个小区在功能、交通、绿化方面、建筑形体和周边地区达到相对的和谐。

Abstract: By investigating the present status of the surrounding environment of a residential area, we analyze the neighborhood and interior of this area. Based on the “people-oriented” concept and with the function, transportation, virescence and architecture in mind, we make out a blueprint which cover the renovation, demolition, and reconstruction of the residential area. In that way, not only the function, transportation of the residential area, but also the virescence and architecture of it will harmonize with the surrounding area.
