浅谈城市雕塑规划
摘 要：本文描述了我国城市雕塑发展历史，强调城市雕塑创作已经进入“规划时代”这一鲜明主题。城市雕塑规划是城市发展的必然的、内在的要求，城市雕塑只有与城市规划相结合，城市雕塑只有上升到“规划”的高度、广度、深度，才符合现代城市发展的框架模式，才会展现其真正的魅力；而另一方面，城市雕塑要体现思想性与文化性，展示浓郁的城市历史文化特色与鲜明的城市性格，城市文化是城市雕塑的灵魂，是城市雕塑规划的重要的必需基质。通过对我国城市雕塑发展现状的认识以及对国外如“挪威奥斯陆〈生命公园〉中的雕塑群”等的学习借鉴，本文以台州市2005年底开始尝试实施的“百分之一公共文化计划”为例，探讨如何保证城市雕塑等公共艺术形式得以实施，以实现城市雕塑的可持续发展。

Abstract: This paper describes the development of our city sculpture history, with the emphasis the "planning era," the distinct theme of the urban sculpture  entering the planning era . City Sculpture planning, urban development and inevitable, inherent requirements, and the only urban sculpture city planning, City Sculpture only upward to the "planning" height, width, depth, in order to meet the modern urban development framework model, will show its true charm; Meanwhile, city sculpture should reflect the ideological and cultural, display the rich historical and cultural city with distinct characteristics urban character, urban culture is the soul of urban sculpture. Urban planning is the important sculpture must matrix. Through the development of urban sculpture understanding of the status quo and abroad such as the "Oslo, Norway," Park Life "A group of sculptures" learn from the other, Based Taizhou City by the end of 2005 to start the implementation of the "1% of public cultural plan" for example. Discussion on how to ensure that the city sculptures and other public art form is implemented, in order to achieve urban sculpture of sustainable development.
