摘 要
随着Internet的普及,互联网用户数量的增加,电子商务的用户基础有了明显的扩大,而支付、物流和信用环节的逐步完善更是如虎添翼,为电子商务的发展提供了越来越好的产业环境。在硬件环境都逐步完善的同时,B2C电子商务网站是否也该考虑加强其内部交易模式的配套完善?
本文首先引用三份B2C电子商务报告并由此提出现阶段的B2C电子商务存在问题;然后从B2C电子商务交易模式的各要素和各类型两个方面,对B2C电子商务交易模式进行了横、纵向描述和分析,最后对B2C电子商务的发展方向和应注意的问题做了探讨,希望能对当前处于低迷状态的B2C电子商务寻找出解决困境的方法提供一些参考。

Abstract
Along with the popularization of the Internet, the quantity of Internet user has increased quickly which tell us that the potential electronic commerce user foundation are in a great expansion, meanwhile, the payment, the logistics with the credit commonly-used also give their powerful supports. Since industrial environment has already built well for the electronic business development, we should pay more attention to how to strengthen and perfect its internal transaction pattern.
This article firstly draws out the question the B2C Electronic Commerce existed in the present stage by three B2C electronic commerce reports, Then the article has a detailed explanation from two aspects: the various essential factors for electronic commerce pattern and the different types of B2C transaction which has carried on the horizontal and longitudinal description and analysis to the B2C. Finally we draw a conclusion to find out where Chinese B2C electronic commerce will go in the future and try to offer some solutions for reference.
