FDI对浙江企业的影响分析

 摘  要
 自从中国实行改革开放的政策以来 ，中国每年引进的外商直接投资以惊人的速度递增 ，到21世纪初 ，中国累计吸收的外商直接投资(FDI)相当于全部发展中国家累计吸收外资的三分之一。FDI不仅可以为东道国经济增长作出直接的贡献 ，更重要的是它们为本国企业技术进步提供了广阔的外部资源空间。实践也表明，通过这种技术引进的方式可以避免重复性的研发投人，以较低的成本获取世界先进的技术和研发管理的经验 ，迅速缩小引资国与世界发达国家的技术差距 。因此 ，FDI与东道国企业技术创新的关系逐渐成为国内外研究的热点 ，本文阐述了外商直接投资的现状及特点和浙江企业利用外商直接投资中所存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策建议。

  ABSTRACT
 Since China has reformed opening-up policy, China imports foreign direct investment increased at an alarming rate every year. To the early 21st century, China''''s cumulative direct foreign investment in all developing countries, equivalent to one-third of the cumulative foreign investment. FDI for the host country not only economic growth can make a direct contribution is more important to them for their enterprise technological progress have provided broad space for external resources. Practice also shows that through the introduction of this technology could have been avoided repetitive way for the development of people, to lower the cost of access to the world advanced technology and management experience. rapidly narrow the country and introduced the technology gap between developed countries in the world. Therefore, FDI enterprises and the host country the relationship between technological innovation at home and abroad has gradually become a hot research. In this paper, foreign direct investment and the status and characteristics of Zhejiang enterprises to use foreign direct investment in the existing problems, and the corresponding countermeasures.
