摘 要
随着全球经济信息化和多元化的发展，没有哪一个企业可以形成绝对的优势而孤立存在，彼此间的竞争与合作才是企业生存的主要方式，而博弈论作为一门新型而有活力的学科，融合了多种有效而精彩的分析方法，是理解和制定企业间战略的最好工具和策略。本文旨在通过介绍基本博弈和纳时均衡的基本思想，探讨在竞争激烈的企业和商业竞争中如何开阔思路，更好地进行决策，取得更大的成功。
