摘 要
产业集聚已经成为区域经济中的一种普遍现象。在产业经济学和区域经济学的研究领域中,对“产业集聚”的研究越来越为人们所重视。它作为一种产业组织形态,对于企业成长、工业化进程以及区域经济竞争力做了广泛贡献。这是因为它能够创造出可观的经济价值和对区域经济有着巨大贡献。在经济全球化的今天,世界各地已有许多企业集群的范例,如美国硅谷的企业集群、日本的汽车企业集群还有意大利的纺织企业集群等。随着社会分工的不断深化,以大量中小企业为主体的企业集群成为了区域经济发展的基本特征。产业集群作为一种特殊的企业空间组织形式,在当前经济体系中表现出了十分显著的优势,产业集群本身会从生产成本、市场营销、交易成本、知识交流等方面给集群内的企业带来显著的优势,降低企业的综合成本,提高企业的创新能力。浙江省是产业集群较为典型的地区,一乡一特色,浙江台州黄岩模具产业经过几十年不间断的发展,已经形成了产业集群,具有相当的规模和自己的特点。黄岩因此而被称为模具之乡。
本文通过介绍有关产业集群的经典理论来分析我国模具行业发展现状,着重阐述黄岩模具产业形成的原因及其产业竞争力评价分析,纵使黄岩模具产业有着较长的发展历史,在规模、生产、市场等方面形成了一定的优势,但是与国内外先进水平相比较,其产业集群的竞争力还有待提高,产业整体素质有待加强,产业层次有待提升。从现有的优势和存在的问题着手,分别从政府、产业、企业自身的角度对提高黄岩模具产业的竞争力给出几点措施,希望能为地方政府部门对提高本地模具行业的产业竞争力提供有效的参考方法,也为模具企业的发展提供了较好的思路。

ABSTRACT
Industrial cluster has become a common phenomenon in the regional economic. The research of the industrial cluster has drawn more and more people’s attention in the field of the industrial economics and regional economics research. As a form of industrial organization, it makes extensive contributions for the corporate growth, the process of industrialization and regional economic competitiveness, because it can create considerable economic value and bring a great contribution to the regional economy. With the economic globalization, there are many examples of enterprise cluster all over the world. Such as, the American Silicon Valley, the Japan automobile enterprise cluster, the Italy textile enterprise cluster and so on. As the continuous deepening of the social division of labor, the corporate cluster made of a large number of small and medium enterprises has been the basic characteristic of the regional economy. The industrial cluster as a special form of the enterprise spatial organization shows a very significant advantages in the current economic system. For it can bring the great advantages for the enterprise from the cost of production, marketing and knowledge exchange, ect.. It reduces the integrated cost and improves the company’s ability of innovation. Zhejiang province is a quite typical area of the industrial clusters, be famous for one rural one special industry. After the decades of uninterrupted development of the mold industry in Taizhou Huangyan in the Zhejiang province, it has become the mold industrial cluster with a considerable scale and its own characteristics. Therefore, Huangyan is named as “the home of the mold”.
Through the introduction of the classical theory, I want to analyze the current situation of the development of the china’s mold industry, with the emphasis on the reason of formation of Huangyan mold industry and the evaluation of this industrial competitiveness. Even Huangyan mold industry has a long history, with a certain advantage in the aspects of the scale, production and market, ect.. When compared to the domestic and international advanced level, especially the developed countries’ high technology, there is a big gap among them. The competitiveness of industrial cluster still needs to be enhanced, the overall quality needs to be strengthened, and the industrial level needs to be improved. In the hope of providing some effective references for the local government to improve local industry, as well as providing a better idea for the mold enterprises’ development, this paper gives some measures to improve Huangyan mold industry competitiveness from the existing advantages and problems, and from the government, industry and the enterprises’ own perspectives.
