摘 要
电子商务和供应链管理作为企业提高竞争力的两大“利器”,在实践过程中有互相渗透,相互结合的趋势。电子商务使得企业间供应链的整合可以更有效的达成,使供应链上的各企业关注自己核心竞争力的培养,从而达到全面提高企业竞争力的目的,因此,引入电子商务环境下的集成化供应链管理已成为必然趋势。
本文主要研究了电子商务环境下的集成化供应链管理及实现途径,通过分析家电企业实施集成化供应链管理面临的问题,对家电企业实施集成化供应链管理提出一些建议。本文第一部分介绍了电子商务与供应链的一些相关基础知识;第二部分介绍了集成化供应链管理的实现途径及家电企业实施集成化供应链管理的必要性;第三部分分析了家电企业实施集成化供应链管理面临的问题;第四部分对家电企业实施集成化供应链管理提出一些建议;第五部分对海尔的集成化供应链管理模式进行了分析。

Abstract
E-commerce and Supply Chain Management as two “edge tools” that raised the competitiveness of enterprises, permeate each other in the course of practicing, the trend that mutually combines. E-commerce paves the way for effective integration of intra-enterprise supply chain and for enterprises on the supply chain to pay close attention to the cultivation of one''''s own key competitiveness so as to achieve the goal of improving enterprise’s competitiveness in an all- round way. So it is a tendency for enterprises to introduce the integrated supply chain management under the environment of E-commerce.
This article mainly studies the integrated supply chain management under the E-commerce environment and the methods of realizing it, by analyzing the problems of the home-electricity enterprise, which implements integrated supply chain management and gives some advices. This paper firstly describes some of the basic knowledge of E-commerce and supply chain management; The second part introduces the way to integrated supply chain management and the necessity of the home-electricity enterprise, which implements integrated supply chain management; The third part analyses the problems that the home-electricity enterprise with integrated supply chain management is facing; The fourth part gives some suggestions for the home-electricity enterprise implementing integrated supply chain management; The fifth part analyses Haier’s integrated supply chain management model.
