摘 要
江西是农业大省,茶叶在农业产品出口中出口额位居第三,占有非常重要的地位。发达国家凭借其科技优势并利用日益高涨的环保浪潮为国际贸易设置绿色贸易壁垒,江西茶叶主要出口市场欧盟出台新食品卫生法、日本出台“肯定列表制度”,这些贸易壁垒给江西茶叶的出口带来非常大的障碍。本文着重论述江西茶叶的出口状况、出口遭遇绿色壁垒的情况及影响,通过分析江西茶叶自身存在的问题来剖析遭遇的原因以及如何通过有效措施积极应对这种绿色壁垒。

Abstract
Jiangxi is an agricultural province. Tea has played an important role,for the volume of exportation runs the third in the farming production.But,the developed countries constitue a Green Trade Barrier to protect their domestic product with their advanced technology and the thought of environmental protection.The main importing country of Jiangxi’s tea ——EU has promulgated a new food hygiene law and Japan has constituted “Affirmation List System”. Both of these trade barriers bring an obstacle to the exportation of the tea in Jiangxi.This thesis is specialized in discussing the cirumstance of exportation of Jiangxi’s tea,the status and influences of Green Barrier,analyzing the causation by discussing the problems that exsist in Jiangxi’s tea and the last one is how to breach the Green Barrier actively with effective measure.
