摘 要
随着全球化竞争的挑战，技术创新的作用日益明显，而高新技术产品出口量也已经成为各国外贸增长的引擎。本文选取浙江在入世以后到金融危机这段时间的数据，以R&D投入量和专利申请数为变量，贸易竞争力指数为应变量，并基于国内外对技术创新和高新技术产品出口问题的研究，采用规范分析与实证分析相结合，定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法，对技术创新与高新技术产品竞争力进行分析。找出浙江高新技术产品出口贸易与技术创新发展存在的问题，并对两者进行回归分析和相关分析。进而提出技术创新对提高高新技术产品出口竞争力的应对措施，突出技术创新在高新技术产品出口中的作用,为各企业提升自身竞争力提供借鉴，促使浙江名副其实的从贸易大省走向贸易强省。

ABSTRACT
With the globalization competition, the effect of technological innovation is increasingly obvious ，and the high-tech product exports also has become a world trade growth engines. This article selects the zhejiang in financial crisis after accession to the data, this time with R&D input and the patent number is variable, trade competitiveness index for both at home and abroad, and should be based on the variables of technology innovation and high-tech products export, using correlation analysis and empirical analysis, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, combining research methods of technical innovation and high-tech products competitive analysis. Find zhejiang high-tech products export trade and technology innovation, and the existing problems in the development of both regression analysis and correlation analysis. And technical innovation to improve the export competitiveness of high-tech products, outstanding technical innovation measures in the export of high-tech products, the role for enterprises to improve their own competitiveness, to provide reference for zhejiang province from trade worthy to trade strong province.
