摘 要
技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)是世界各国调整贸易利益的重要手段，随着关税壁垒作用日益减弱，技术性贸易壁垒作为更隐蔽、更强大的壁垒，在当代国际经济贸易发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。我国农产品贸易作为我国对外贸易的一个不可或缺的重要组成部分，其发展对我国的对外贸易起到了相当重要的作用。金融危机的到来，技术性贸易壁垒的不断更新和发展，越来越阻碍到中国农产品的贸易。由此，本文从我国加入WTO之后农产品贸易现状的描述出发，重点分析了技术性贸易壁垒产生的背景、特点和原因以及对我国农产品进出口贸易的影响，简析了我国遭受农产品技术性贸易壁垒的原因，并分别从政府和企业两个层面提出了我国应对技术性贸易壁垒的政策建议。

ABSTRACT
Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) is an important means of adjustment of trade interests of the world. With the diminished the role of tariff —barriers , technical barriers to trade as a more subtle, more powerful barriers play an increasingly important role to the development of the contemporary international economic and trade. Agricultural products trade, as an indispensable component of China''''s foreign trade，it has played an important role of the development of China''''s foreign trade. The arrival of the economic crisis and the constant updates of the technical barriers to trade, more and more impede trade in agricultural products to China. For this, this paper describes the status of agricultural trade from the start after China''''s accession to WTO, analyzed trade background, characteristics and causes of the technical barriers，and the impact of import and export trade of agricultural products, and analysis of the reason of technical barriers to trade of agricultural products, then put forward policy recommendations to cope with technical barriers from both government and trade.
