摘要
经济的破坏性增长将人口、环境、文化等问题提升到一个新的讨论高度,因此企业社会责任的探讨已经受到理论界和实践界的高度重视。一个企业,只有把对社会、环境以及企业利益相关者的责任成功地融入到企业战略、组织结构和经营过程中,并在技术和管理上坚持创新、坚持可持续发展战略,才能在全球化的背景下保持国际竞争力。
本文通过对国内外文献的收集和整理,对企业社会责任与竞争力分析这一课题进行了研究。首先理论和实践角度对企业社会责任的含义进行了阐述;其次就企业社会责任对竞争力的影响的问题进行了探讨,结合竞争力理论从短期、长期、综合的角度分别做出了深入分析;再次,以浙江某家纺企业为例,对企业利益相关者进行了问卷调查,通过对问卷的分析和整理,从实践角度论证了企业社会责任对竞争力的影响;最后,结合理论知识和个人见解,论述了企业承担社会责任的前提条件和实现途径。

ABSTRACT
Destructive economic growth push the problem of population, environment, culture and other issues to a new height discussion, so the study of the corporate social responsibility on theory and practice community has been attached great importance to industry. Only by integrating the society, environment and business stakeholders into the corporate strategy, structure and management, also keep innovative in technology and management, and keep sustainable development, can the corporate succeed in improving the competitiveness in the international society.
Based on the literatures of the collection, writer makes a study about the influence between the corporate social responsibility and competitiveness. Firstly, from the management, ethics, law, sociology, and other point of view expound the meaning of corporate social responsibility; Secondly, corporate social responsibility on the impact on competitiveness were discussed, combined with competition theory in the short term, long-term, integrated perspective to make a thorough analysis of each; Thirdly, a textile company in Zhejiang, for example, for enterprise stakeholders based on a questionnaire survey, based on analysis of the questionnaire, and from the Angle of practice proved to the social responsibility of the enterprise competitiveness; Finally, the combination of theoretical knowledge and personal opinion, discusses the corporate social responsibility a prerequisite and Solutions.
