摘 要
现代企业竞争优势的基础已经超出了单个企业自身的能力和资源范围，它更多地，并且越来越多地来源于企业与产业价值链上、下各环节的系统协同中，即竞争的优势应该建立在更大范围的、更多种类的产业资源和核心能力的基础上。本文对浙江省汽车零部件升级战略的研究是基于全球价值链和产业升级战略这两个理论。为达这一目的，本文采用理论和实践相结合的方法，对全球价值链和产业升级这两个理论进行总结和概括，并在万向的基础上分析了汽车零部件产业升级的一般轨迹。

ABSTRACT
The modern enterprise has been the basis of competitive advantage beyond the individual enterprises the ability and resources, more and more and more to come from business and industry value chain, every link of the system under the coordination of the competitive advantages that should Built on a wider scope, more types of industry and resources on the basis of core competencies. This paper is based on global value chains and industrial upgrading strategies of these two theories, in the strategy of upgrading of Zhejiang auto parts. Then it use theory and practice to sum up global value chains and industrial upgrading strategies. We also analysis the general trajectory of the auto parts industry upgrade on the basis of Wanxiang.
